Hey, I'm Rusty. System Administrator for the University of Texas during the week and super nerd for the rest of the time.

This site is a mix of things I find interesting — homelab builds, gaming sessions, retro hardware, vinyl finds, and whatever else ends up on the workbench. Some of it is long-form. A lot of it is just quick log entries because I like to narrate what I'm doing.

I don't use AI for writing any content. I might use AI for grammer checking and making some header images because I suck at photoshop.
