Am I Sick?
Yesterday I woke up weak and with a sore throat. Almost decided to not go to class but after driving to UTA I got better. Little weak and a headache still. Later that evening got a little more weak and woke up twice in the middle of night with a high body temperature and cold sweet. The high body temperature made me nausea and I ended up laying on the tile floor because it felt nice and cold.
The next day I still have a sore throat but every thing else is fine. I don’t feel like I have anything wrong with me other than some mussel aches from laying down all day and night. So I don’t know if I’m ill with something or not. My temperature started at 100.5 and back to 98. What I find funny is the past 3 times I have had blood work done which range over 3 years, my white blood cell count is lower than normal. WBC range is 4.0-10.0 mine as always been just a little lower than 4, around 3.3. Doctors tell me that 3.3 is normal for me since it has not changed over 3 years.
One would think if you have less white blood cells then you would get sick more often, but I only get sick with a cold maybe 2 times a year.
